About the Recipe
I promise the chicken in this recipe is a showstopper! Substitute the chicken in tacos, burritos and quesadillas.
Ingredients
16 oz. Chicken
1 jar Salsa
4 T Marmalade
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
4 oz. Shredded Cheese
Green Onion
Tortilla Chips
Preparation
Step 1
Add chicken, 1 jar salsa and 4 T marmalade to crockpot. This combination may sound disgusting, but it is a hit with everyone! Cook on LOW for 8 hours. If chicken is frozen, cook on HIGH for 8 hours.
Step 2
Cut lettuce, tomato, onion, and green onion.
Step 3
Stack in a bowl in any desired order or combination. Add green onions and tortilla chips on top. Feel free to add black olives, jalapenos, sour cream, and refried beans. Too much is never enough!
