About the Recipe
I tried a spicy version of this on Skinny Taste (highly recommend the site) and loved it! I make a non-spicy version here.
1 package Crab Meat
1 cup White or Brown Rice, cooked
Cook rice according to package. Allow it to cool.
Cut crab meat and cucumber into smale chunks. Mash the avocado.
Taking a 1 cup dry measuring cup, layer the ingredients in the following:
1/4 cup Cucumber
2 Tb Avocado
1/4 cup Crab Meat
1/4 cup Rice
Carefully turn it over on a plate. Add sesame seeds and soy sauce to taste.
